## Current customer policies
- Delivery area: contiguous 48 U.S. states only.
- Standard delivery: free with no minimum.
- Standard orders: approximately 7 calendar days to prepare, then 21–30 calendar days in transit. Allow approximately 28–37 calendar days total.
- Oversized curbside freight: approximately 45 calendar days in transit, or 52 days total with standard preparation.
- Custom production time: contact customer service; our team will reply after reviewing your message.
- Export/import customs clearance, import duties, and import taxes included. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
- Returns: eligible defective and non-defective products may be requested within 30 days after confirmed delivery; written authorization is required.
- Return costs: the customer pays the approved non-defective or preference-based return label, shipping, safe packaging, and transit risk.
- Restocking fee: none for approved returns.
- Refund timing: within 10 business days after receipt and inspection, or written refund approval.
- Warranty: 2-year limited warranty for eligible manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
- Shipping damage: report visible damage within 48 hours with order, product, packaging, label, and damage photos or video; this does not shorten the 30-day return window.
- Optional customization: selected designs only. Custom production time varies by product. Contact customer service to confirm the specifications, total price, production time, and delivery schedule in writing. Our team will reply after reviewing your message and discuss your requirements with you. A 35% deposit starts approved production and the balance is due before shipment.
- Purchase model: one-time purchases only; no subscriptions, automatic reordering, or recurring billing.
