## Current customer policies
- Delivery area: contiguous 48 U.S. states only.
- Standard delivery: free with no minimum.
- Standard non-custom delivery estimate: 14-21 business days total, including preparation and transportation.
- Returns: eligible defective and non-defective products may be requested within 30 days after confirmed delivery; written authorization is required.
- Return costs: the customer pays the approved non-defective or preference-based return label, shipping, safe packaging, and transit risk.
- Restocking fee: none for approved returns.
- Refund timing: within 10 business days after receipt and inspection, or written refund approval.
- Warranty: 2-year limited warranty for eligible manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
