Standard online orders
Standard, non-customized products are paid in full through the secure online checkout. The selected standard-product price applies to the non-customized order. Delivery estimates depend on the destination; see the Shipping Policy. Custom production time is additional.
Custom Orders
Some customized products require consultation before ordering because production lead times vary by product. Contact customer service to confirm the specifications, total price, and estimated completion time in writing. Availability, production timing, total price, and return eligibility vary with the product and requested modifications.
A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Standard product prices and delivery estimates apply only to non-customized orders.
Purchase model
All purchases are one-time transactions. We do not offer subscriptions, automatic reordering, or recurring billing.
Charges and order confirmation
We do not add an undisclosed shipping threshold or separate standard-delivery charge for eligible orders to Platform-supported destinations worldwide, excluding China (CN). Any exceptional shipping or customization cost must be included in a written quotation and accepted before payment or shipment.

Worldwide shipping and custom timing
Standard, non-custom orders: Contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC: approximately 3 calendar days of preparation plus 18 calendar days in transit, about 21 calendar days total. Other supported destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii: approximately 3 calendar days of preparation plus 4–7 weeks in transit, about 5–8 weeks total. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote destinations and special freight arrangements require confirmation with customer service.
Oversized, non-custom orders requiring curbside freight: For oversized or special-freight orders, customer service confirms the delivery arrangement and any access requirements before dispatch.

Free shipping to supported destinations worldwide, excluding China (CN) Export and destination import customs clearance, import duties, and import taxes are included. Applicable sales tax is shown separately at checkout.
Curbside freight is delivered to a safe, accessible outdoor ground-level point. Indoor delivery, stairs, unpacking, installation, and packaging removal are not included. Access and unloading arrangements are confirmed for the shipment; appointments and signatures depend on the booked service. See the Shipping Policy for delivery-area restrictions and full details.
