Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, contact us at support@tianguanglight.com before initiating a return.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all orders placed on tianguanglight.com and shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States. All returns and refund requests must be initiated by contacting us directly — do not ship any item back without prior written authorization.

2. Return Window

Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

3. Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards where applicable

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially incorrect:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging or with missing components
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
• Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

5. Damage Claims and Defective Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

After verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions depending on the situation:

• Replacement parts
• A replacement product
• A partial refund
• A full refund

6. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed specifications. Minor variations in finish, tone, or texture that are inherent to handcrafted or custom production do not constitute a defect.

Cancellation of custom orders is only possible before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation or changes may not be available.

7. Shipping Cost Responsibility

Covered by us: If the return is due to a product quality issue, shipping damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover reasonable return or replacement costs.

Customer’s responsibility: If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and handling charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

8. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

• Confirmed product quality issues or shipping damage
• Incorrect items received
• Approved returns of eligible standard items within the 30-day window
• Orders not delivered within 90 days of shipment, after review and confirmation, excluding delays caused by incorrect customer-provided information

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

• Return requests submitted after the 30-day window
• Customized or made-to-order items, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Items that have been installed, used, or altered
• Items returned without original packaging or essential components
• Damage caused by improper use, installation, or unauthorized modification
• Delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
• Refused, unclaimed, or return-to-sender situations caused by the customer

10. Refund Processing Time

Once a returned item is received and inspected, or a refund is otherwise approved, we will process it within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–14 business days for the amount to appear. If you do not see your refund after that time, please check with your bank or contact us directly.

11. Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Standard orders may be cancelled before shipment. For custom or made-to-order items, cancellation depends on production status — once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

12. Warranty

All standard Tianguang Light products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

How to Start a Return or Claim

Contact us first — do not ship any item back without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
