Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. If you have questions, contact us at support@tianguanglight.com before purchasing.

Return Window

We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In their original packaging, with all components, hardware, and documentation included
• In the same condition as received

Items that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Before returning any item, you must contact us at support@tianguanglight.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tianguanglight.com. To process your claim, we require:

• A photo of the outer packaging (before opening, if possible)
• A photo clearly showing the damage or defect
• A photo of the shipping label
• Your order number

Claims submitted without supporting photos or after 48 hours may not be eligible for a remedy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or made-to-order items
• Items that have been installed or modified
• Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such at the time of purchase)
• Items returned without prior authorization
• Items returned outside the 30-day return window

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
