U.S. delivery
Free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states, with no minimum. Import duties and import taxes are included; applicable U.S. sales tax is shown at checkout.
Standard online orders take approximately 28–37 calendar days in total. Oversized, non-custom freight orders take approximately 52 days and use curbside delivery. Custom timing is confirmed separately.

CAD design support is free of charge. We confirm the design, specifications, total price, payment terms and timing in writing before production.
Electrical documentation varies by model, batch and configuration. Confirm any required listing or document before ordering, and use a qualified installer who follows local codes.

Custom-order terms
Some customized products require consultation before ordering because production lead times vary. A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total begins production; the balance is due before shipment. Standard product prices and delivery estimates apply only to non-customized orders.
