1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum order value required. Some oversized or heavy items may require a shipping surcharge, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders go through a preparation period before shipment:

• Standard in-stock items: Approximately 1 week
• Custom or made-to-order items: Approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on complexity

Processing times are based on business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. If your order requires additional time, our team will contact you directly.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Standard Shipping — Free
Our default method is sea freight, fully tracked door-to-door. Estimated delivery after dispatch: approximately 3–4 weeks.

Expedited Air Freight — Paid Upgrade
Need your order sooner? We offer an air freight upgrade with an estimated delivery of approximately 1 week after dispatch. Available for both standard and custom orders. Contact us before or after placing your order to arrange this upgrade.

5. Air Freight Cost

The air freight upgrade cost is the difference between the air shipping rate and the standard sea shipping rate for your order. Costs vary by size, weight, and destination. We will provide a clear cost breakdown before confirming your upgrade — no obligation until you have reviewed and agreed.

6. Delivery Timeframe Disclaimer

All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to product type, carrier operations, weather, port conditions, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@tianguanglight.com.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address, phone number, and contact details before submitting your order. Tianguang Light is not responsible for delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or address corrections.

9. Oversized and Freight Items

Some large or heavy lighting fixtures — such as oversized chandeliers or multi-piece installations — may require freight or white-glove delivery. If your order requires special handling, we will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements before shipment. Additional fees may apply and will be communicated in advance.

10. Damage Claims

We package every order carefully, but damage can occasionally occur in transit. Inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

• Photograph the outer packaging (including any visible damage) before opening
• Photograph the damaged or missing item(s)
• Photograph the shipping label
• Contact us at support@tianguanglight.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos

Claims submitted without photos or after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution. After review, we will offer an appropriate resolution: replacement parts, a replacement product, a partial refund, or a full refund where applicable.

11. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or is marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the shipment status and follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

12. Multiple Shipments

Larger or multi-item orders may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. If you receive part of your order and are unsure about the rest, please contact us.

13. Refused or Returned Shipments

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer-related reasons — such as an incorrect address, failure to collect, or non-response to delivery attempts — additional charges may apply. Any refund issued may be reduced by original shipping, return shipping, or handling costs where applicable.
