Standard online orders

Standard, non-customized products are paid in full through the secure online checkout. The price and 14–21-business-day estimated total delivery shown for a standard product apply only to the non-customized order selected at checkout.

Custom Orders

Some customized products require consultation before ordering because production lead times vary by product. Contact customer service to confirm the specifications, total price, and estimated completion time in writing. Availability, production timing, total price, and return eligibility vary with the product and requested modifications.

A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Standard product prices and delivery estimates apply only to non-customized orders.

Purchase model

All purchases are one-time transactions. We do not offer subscriptions, automatic reordering, or recurring billing.

Charges and order confirmation

We do not add an undisclosed shipping threshold or separate standard-delivery charge for eligible orders to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Any exceptional shipping or customization cost must be included in a written quotation and accepted before payment or shipment.
