What may be customized
Depending on the fixture, we may adapt dimensions, light arrangement, hanging length, canopy size, material, finish, glass or stone selection, color temperature, voltage, dimming, mounting details, and quantity. All requests remain subject to engineering, material, electrical, and production feasibility.
What your written proposal confirms

- Whether renderings, material references, physical samples, or installation documents are included
- Total price, payment schedule, and change conditions
- Product-specific production and delivery estimate

Timing is project-specific
Some customized products require consultation before ordering because production lead times vary by product. The standard 14–21-business-day total delivery estimate applies only to standard, non-customized orders.
Production begins after approval
A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total begins approved production. The remaining balance is due before shipment. We do not begin production until the CAD or dimensioned drawing, written specification, timing, price, and project conditions are accepted. Any later change request is reviewed for feasibility and its effect on price and timing before work continues.

Can you customize an existing Tianguang Light fixture?
Often, yes. Common requests include changes to size, finish, hanging length, color temperature, voltage, dimming, or quantity. Feasibility varies by fixture and requested modification.
What should I send for the first review?
If you already have CAD or dimensioned drawings, send them with the ceiling plan, target size, suspension, electrical requirements, finishes, and quantity. If you do not have CAD, send the desired product or inspiration image, sketch, room or ceiling plan, 3D model, and the dimensions you know. You can paste an accessible shared-folder link in the form or email files after submitting.
How are materials and finishes approved?
Approval depends on the fixture and material. We may use a digital reference, material photograph, production sample, physical sample, or another written approval method. Availability, cost, shipping, product-specific timing, and any return requirement for a sample are confirmed before you proceed. Screen colors are reference-only, and natural or handmade materials can vary.
Will I receive drawings or installation information?
Yes. An existing CAD package is reviewed and revised where required; if you begin with a reference image or 3D model, our project team develops a dimensioned drawing for the fixture. You confirm the drawing in writing before the quotation and production terms are finalized. The project documents identify the included dimensions, materials, finish, suspension, electrical details, and any installation or assembly information. A qualified local electrician or contractor must still verify site conditions, structural support, code, and installation requirements.
How are packing, shipping, customs, and delivery handled?
Custom-project arrangements vary by product, size, destination, and delivery requirements. The written proposal identifies the applicable packing, shipping, customs, duty, appointment, handoff, and delivery arrangements. The standard 14–21-business-day estimate applies only to eligible standard, non-customized orders.
Can a customized product be returned?
Return and cancellation eligibility varies by product and modification. The applicable conditions are confirmed in writing before production; customized products are not covered by one blanket return rule. Confirmed defects, wrong items, missing parts, or shipping damage remain subject to review under the published policies.
Can you confirm electrical or certification requirements?
Documentation and certifications vary by model, configuration, and production batch. Include any required listing, dimming protocol, voltage, or document in the inquiry so availability can be confirmed before ordering. A qualified electrician should verify site and installation requirements.
