Start with the room and the intended effect

For a custom or project order, share a room photo or inspiration link, the area you want to illuminate, the ceiling height and the overall fixture size you have in mind. Tell us whether you want a decorative focal point, general light or light for a specific task.

Separate fixture size from hanging height

Record the fixture width or diameter, the body height, the available overall drop and the ceiling canopy area. The light in a photograph may be a different size or configuration. Compare the actual listed variant with your measurements before ordering.

Choose the right control request

A fixed light color, brightness dimming and adjustable white color temperature are different choices. State your existing wall dimmer or control system. Brightness-dimming upgrades require a light-body diameter of at least 5 inches, as well as a compatible light source and control configuration.

Plan delivery before installation

Orders ship from Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Standard non-custom delivery is approximately 28–37 calendar days in total. Oversized curbside freight is approximately 52 calendar days; custom production is confirmed separately.

Protective wooden crates add to the packed dimensions and weight. The final packaging and booked service determine delivery handling. For a large fixture, tell us about stairs, restricted vehicle access and your installation schedule. Curbside delivery does not include moving the light indoors, unpacking or installation.

Shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, customs clearance, import duties and import taxes are included under our Shipping Policy. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. For preference returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility and written authorization is required. Read the Return Policy before ordering.

Check the model, not just the photograph

Confirm the selected model's light source, included components, U.S. electrical requirements and installation instructions. UL or ETL listing and damp/wet-location suitability are model-specific: do not assume them from a style name or a general service description. A qualified installer should review the mounting and electrical conditions.
