Warranty Service
Tianguang Light provides a 2-year limited warranty for eligible manufacturing defects under normal residential use, starting from the delivery date.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in covered fixture parts.
- Electrical component defects under normal use.
- Verified product quality issues that prevent safe or intended use.
What the warranty does not cover
- Incorrect installation, wiring, assembly, or mounting.
- Misuse, accidents, impact damage, improper cleaning, or unauthorized modification.
- Normal wear, finish aging, handmade variation, or cosmetic changes caused by environment.
- Bulbs, batteries, and other consumable parts unless clearly included on the product page.
- Outdoor damage when an item is used outside its stated weather rating or installation requirements.
How warranty service works
Contact us with your order number, clear photos or videos, and a description of the issue. If the issue is covered, we may provide replacement parts, repair guidance, a replacement product, or another appropriate solution.
