- Standard, non-custom orders: approximately 28–37 calendar days from order confirmation, including about 7 days to prepare and 21–30 days in transit.
- Orders requiring oversized curbside freight: approximately 52 calendar days total. Delivery is to an accessible outdoor ground-level point; moving inside, unpacking and installation are not included.
- Custom orders: production and delivery timing are confirmed individually before ordering.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days. Buyer’s-remorse returns require written authorization; the customer purchases a trackable return label and pays return shipping. Confirmed damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items may be resolved with parts, replacement, repair guidance, or a refund; if a return is required, we arrange or cover the appropriate return shipping. No restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Separately purchased expedited, special-freight, white-glove, storage, re-delivery, and similar service fees are non-refundable.

U.S. standard & custom options
Standard U.S. configuration. Mains-powered U.S. configurations are prepared for 110–120V, 60Hz, using hardwired connection or a U.S. plug according to product type. USB-powered, rechargeable, solar and other low-voltage products retain the power supply, driver and charging system specified for the selected design.
Where a light source is supplied and no other color temperature is selected, the default is 3000K warm white. Replaceable-bulb models use E26 or E12 sockets where applicable; G4, G9, and integrated LED designs retain their specified matched light source. Bulbs are included only when the product page states that they are included.
Customization is available before production. We can review size, finish, material, hanging length, canopy, voltage, plug or socket type, color temperature, dimming, light output, and quantity. Contact customer service before ordering to confirm the specification, price, and production and delivery schedule in writing.
