Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days. Buyer’s-remorse returns require written authorization; the customer purchases a trackable return label and pays return shipping. Confirmed damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items may be resolved with parts, replacement, repair guidance, or a refund; if a return is required, we arrange or cover the appropriate return shipping. No restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Standard U.S. configuration. U.S. orders are prepared for 110–120V, 60Hz, using hardwired connection or a U.S. plug according to product type. Rechargeable and solar products retain the low-voltage battery, driver, and charging system specified for that design.
Where a light source is supplied and no other color temperature is selected, the default is 3000K warm white. Replaceable-bulb models use E26 or E12 sockets where applicable; G4, G9, and integrated LED designs retain their specified matched light source. Bulbs are included only when the product page states that they are included.
Customization is available before production. We can review size, finish, material, hanging length, canopy, voltage, plug or socket type, color temperature, dimming, light output, and quantity.
