Configured for U.S. 110–120V / 60Hz electrical systems. UL or ETL certification testing and documentation support can be arranged for eligible models and project orders upon request. Applicable standards, additional costs, and lead times must be confirmed in writing before production. A product is represented as UL Listed or ETL Listed only when the specific model and listing or file number are stated on this product page.
Confirm the selected variant, mounting method, fixture dimensions, ceiling support, junction-box conditions, dimming compatibility, and 110V–120V suitability with a qualified installer before installation.

Standard orders: approximately 7 calendar days to prepare, then 21–30 calendar days in transit. Allow approximately 28–37 calendar days total.
Oversized curbside freight: approximately 45 calendar days in transit, or 52 days total with standard preparation.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days. Buyer’s-remorse returns require written authorization; the customer purchases a trackable return label and pays return shipping. Confirmed damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items may be resolved with parts, replacement, repair guidance, or a refund; if a return is required, we arrange or cover the appropriate return shipping. No restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Separately purchased expedited, special-freight, white-glove, storage, re-delivery, and similar service fees are non-refundable.

U.S. standard & custom options
Standard U.S. configuration. Mains-powered U.S. configurations are prepared for 110–120V, 60Hz, using hardwired connection or a U.S. plug according to product type. USB-powered, rechargeable, solar and other low-voltage products retain the power supply, driver and charging system specified for the selected design.
Where a light source is supplied and no other color temperature is selected, the default is 3000K warm white. Replaceable-bulb models use E26 or E12 sockets where applicable; G4, G9, and integrated LED designs retain their specified matched light source. Bulbs are included only when the product page states that they are included.
Customization is available before production. We can review size, finish, material, hanging length, canopy, voltage, plug or socket type, color temperature, dimming, light output, and quantity. Contact customer service before ordering to confirm the specification, price, and production and delivery schedule in writing.
